After much debate and mind changing, I have finally decided on the menu for this weekends Come Dine With Me (CDWM).
Having realised I have a craft fair in the morning to do, I definitely needed to go for prep ahead stuff, so have gone with the anti pasti, boeuf bourguignon, dauphinoise potatoes, cardomom roasted carrots and garlicky green beans. To be followed with a pudding from nigella's cookbook 'feast', a lemon meringue cake which sounds divine.
Sent the menu to them all on Facebook, waiting for feedback.
