Prolific egg laying

Our hens seem to have gone in to overdrive recently over egg laying and we are struggling to keep on top of supplies, I'm always trying to think up ways of using up and today whilst making chutney I've made some bacon,onion and cheese quiches as well as some crustless ones in little silicone cup cases. Just got them out of the oven and they look delicious .
