Good Friday 2015

Well not a nice start to the holiday weekend, damp drizzly rain, which I suppose is better than expected, been sat playing minecraft for the last half hour while having breakfast of a toasted hot cross bun and a few cups of coffee.
Checked on all the seeds and plants in the greenhouse, only the broad beans are up, nothing else showing yet, but it is early days...I just get very impatient.
Now need to get on and get the braising steak in the slow cooker and then off to IHs, will pop and see mrs H after I've dropped them at the station this aft.

Well, that was a waste of time with Mrs H, she was fast asleep.
Busy time at IHs helping them pack and getting the house sorted ready, then dropped them off at station, Sally popped round this morning before I set off and needed some olives for the salad at lunchtime on Sunday, said I'd get her some, thought it would be easy but ended up at 3 different supermarkets looking for kalamata olives in their olive selection sections. Waitrose was the only successful one, after buying some in tesco and Morrisons. Will get them preserved in oil over the weekend and they will do as part of the CDWM starter.
